Sacred Wagon was founded by Kamau Rankin in 2023 under the original name Hatchet Bearer Solutions. The mission began with the idea “I will bear the hatchet and guide you through the dark,” and evolved into a broader commitment: “We will walk with you and build despite adversity, through chaos, danger, and turmoil.” The organization is rooted in a leadership philosophy centered on stewardship, accountability, discipline, and long-term responsibility. That philosophy is expressed through three connected pillars. Sacred Ethics provides the moral foundation, focusing on human dignity and responsibility under pressure. Sacrata turns those principles into a clear code of conduct. Leadership applies them in practice to guide decisions and maintain stability. Together, they form a unified system built on principle, structure, and execution—focused on preparation, responsibility, and long-term continuity.
Office of Threat Prevention & Resilience
The Office of Threat Prevention & Resilience (OTPR) was developed within Sacred Wagon LLC to focus on prevention, preparedness, and long-term resilience. While Sacred Wagon Strategies manages crisis response, intelligence, and continuity during disruption, OTPR works earlier in the process by helping organizations identify risks, reduce vulnerabilities, and strengthen readiness. OTPR operates as an advisory and planning unit guided by the Sacrata framework, emphasizing ethical coordination, education, and structured preparedness rather than enforcement. Its core programs include Anti-Human Trafficking initiatives, Crisis & Threat Resilience planning, Protective Systems & Training, and Ethical Coordination Networks. Together, OTPR and Sacred Wagon align under one mission: strengthening stability by preparing for risk before it becomes a crisis and ensuring continuity through disciplined, ethical systems.
Strategic Response Group
Strategic Response Group (SRG) is a specialized intelligence support unit within Sacred Wagon. It focuses on situational awareness, risk interpretation, and structured response coordination during emerging or active crises. Each SRG operates as a small, multidisciplinary team of 6–8 specialists, providing rapid analysis and operational insight to support informed decision-making under pressure. SRG functions as a low-visibility support structure, reinforcing Sacred Wagon’s broader mission of intelligence-led preparedness, stability, and continuity.
